Ain't got time for average coffee

We’re proud to serve Bear Bones Specialty Coffee; roasted right here in Brisbane.

Like a fine wine, the technical details and appreciation of coffee in a whole world unto itself. Our goal when choosing our roaster was to fine consistently delicious coffee from a local roaster who cares about ethics and the impact we have.

The blends we use, have been specifically crafted by Bear Bones to be a low acidity roast to provide a superior shot when used with the alternative milk’s we serve.

There is so much stigma, politics and polarising opinions around living a plant-based lifestyle (dare we say the big “V” word?). At Hay Gurl we just want to encourage more people to eat their veggies, make healthier decisions for their body and keep animals off their plates.
